I'd really rather see this from those who voted 6-6.

Losses To Florida and Auburn.

Wins the west at 6-2, 10-2 with the tie breaker over 10-2 Alabama.

Loses to Florida in the SECCG.

Wins bowl game.

11-3. Solid year.

6-6 is somewhat realistic, especially when you have to worry about being out-coached on top of being out-played

Let Les prove us wrong about his coaching ability- LSU football has now sunk back to well out of the Top 10, & more so Top 15-25, which would have been unacceptable thinking 3 years ago. Get us back to being a serious BCS contender...all those great signing classes has apparently meant nothing- either the players were overrated or simply poorly coached...

No, that won't happen- if he were to be canned after this year, would give a bad impression of LSU, regardless of our record. I think Miles has at least 2 more seasons, but if Bama keeps winning big with Saban, the fan base is going to become less & less tolerant of keeping Miles, especially with the $$ he is pulling in, as the shadow of Saban will choke him...

I still don't think LSU would do that, perception & $$ issue is important. But, do you think Nebraska has any regret about getting Pellini?? I didn't think so...

I'm thinking Aubie and Florida will both be solid this year. Here's where I'm shaky:

Bama - Losing a lot of starters on defense, but may get even better. I expect them to fall into the repeat trend and lose 3-4 games, including one to us. Coming off a bye will definitely help, unless the SEC conspirators readjust the schedule.

Arkansas - Mallett looks great, and they've got a good set of wideouts. Their D isn't spectacular, but neither is our O, so we'll see a weakness/weakness matchup there, but our D and their O will provide a good show.

UNC - This game is not worrisome if they keep Yates in the whole game. He's a lot worse than what we've got at QB (trust me, I've seen it firsthand many times. Dude would lose the job to Lee easily. Hell he might lose it to Andrew Hatch). If their backup gets in, I worry a little more. He looked a lot better in the spring game and can roll out of the pocket and make excellent throws.

The others I feel confident in. But they're all toss ups. We may lose to Bama and Arkansas but beat UF and Aubie, you never know.

I think that we could win more games than this without a head coach, are you saying that our coach makes us loose more games than we would without him

Ouch...that would be a helluva frustrating season; one that would get Miles canned.
