JD did plenty enough for us to have won on Sunday night. Poor interior line blocking on one PAT and one short FG cost us the win EVEN with all the other shortcomings we had.

I like Nuss better than JD. With that said, JD is the best QB for this team right now. Nuss would have been sacked 6-8 times. JD grew as the game went on and impressed me. He's the best running QB we've ever had. At least in my lifetime. I just hope he improves going through his progressions and gains more confidence in his playmakers to make plays.

It’s the same song and dance. QB gets the blame. Could he have made some better plays-yes, but it was overall a very good performance considering what was going on around him. I am a big Nuss fan and would like to see him play, but with this oline and lack of running game, JD makes the most sense. We will see how things develop but there is going to need to be quite a bit of improvement in the oline and linebacker group, not to mention the elephant in the room(special teams) for us win more SEC games than we lose this year.
