the gif was showing mobility, not an RPO LE calm down.
Which has zero relevancy to what an RPO

The QBs mobility has little to nothing to do with the RPO He’s talking about the zone read which absolutely is a great wrinkle to have. That’s not an RPO. It’s a run-run, either QB keeps or he gives it to a RB
LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh yeah QB’s mobility is totally irrelevant, just ask Russel Wilson, Joey B, and all the guys running RPO’s and killing defenses with their legs.

LSU has never ran an offense based on RPOs Positive
Keep going please. Its too funny

Getting pretty tired of people touting TJ’s ability to run. The dude is slow as frick. It’s like people see a black quarterback and assume he’s fast.

Uh yes they are. See above post where guy claims LSU has never run RPO’s
False.
I said LSU never ran an "RPO offense."
They've obviously ran RPOs here and there but they were never a major part of any LSU offense.

Y'all are acting like we don't understand rocket science.
Vince Young Longhorns- Zone read: Lineman run block. RB heads to handoff, QB puts it in belly and either hands it to RB, or withdraws it and runs counter.
Play Action Pass: Lineman pass block,RB heads to handoff, QB always intending to pull it and pass.
RPO: Lineman run block, RB heads to handoff, QB puts it in belly and either hands it to RB, or withdraws it and runs through his reads.
What we did last year: Lineman run block, RB heads to handoff, QB puts it in belly and either hands it to RB, or withdraws it and runs through his reads, including delayed draws and scrambling.
The whole point of an RPO is to keep the defense guessing whether we're going to run or pass at all times.
What we were able to do so easily last year was make them make that decision and guess wrong, often multiple times within the same play.

Are you trolling? Several people are trying to explain to you that a Quarterback’s mobility has nothing to do with a RPO. You’re describing the Zone Read

A quarterback's mobility is completely irrelevant with respect to RPOs.

LOL! Youre on a roll now!!!!
RPO’s werent a major part of our succes last year with Joe Brady. Got it! Hahahahahahahahhah.

People think the o-line magically improved when in reality that's just what happens when the defense has to respect the QB's ability to run
Yeah, he really gashed them for all of 24 yards. DCs across the SEC will tremble in fear.

Right! Literally no debate that we’re an RPO team. Yet here go these morons.
When have you seen Joe Brady described as a zone read offense? Never lol.

The only stats I can find day he ran for 188 yards in his entire high school career, yet SC game planned for his running ability apparently.

They ran RPOs like 20% of the time last season.
But since you dont understand what an RPO actually is, I can see why you'd be confused.

For example, a quarterback could keep the football in a standard zone read, and when he noticed that seventh defender approaching, he could throw to a wide receiver who is running a pre-determined route that was placed right behind the defender.
Explains it right in the article you posted

Incorrect. Watch some football today and reassess - jackson, josh allen, etc are killing it with the threat of running it, on RPO’s, dropbacks, etc.

Facts but they don’t wanna hear that and tell you that the qb is not important in that aspect
