When was that? I recall people saying that his recruiting is his greatest asset.

People said because he was old he would not be able to recruit.

Hm. I dont really remember that. I'd imagine this notion was isolated to a few localized idiots and First Cut decided to run with it. It's not like he's new to the staff and hasn't recruited for us in the past.

Nothing matters if our offense isn’t good this year.
Ensminger won’t matter to a 2020 recruit unless we light it up this year or next year.
I don’t think E has a long leash at all. We need to make a big jump in offensive ranking, and we probably have to just 50-60 spots in passing offense.
I am Not saying he can’t do it, but right now he’s selling a dream offense. It gets harder to do that when your offense is real.
