I am sorry, but I only worded it that way way because all our fans think of it that way, but I did clearly draw out that this may not be the case, that LSU's D could indeed be so incredible and they probably had trained hard on how to strip balls and that may of been a more cause. Or maybe it was a mixture of both(my guess).

You did very well in your OP.

SOME fans will require a full "bow to the greatness of LSU and I fully surrender" or they will pick you apart.

No reason for that. Your OP was great and I thank you for it.

Fumbles are part of the game... I understand the fumbles were out of YOUR control, but the players should have been taught to protect the football...

Eta spelling... And honey badger doesnt give a shite

Too long and too butthurt. We beat the ever loving piss out of you guys, and all I hear is "gift wrapped points," and stats. You did'nt give us anything. We took it! Man up and stop your feeble attempt at rationalizing. We made you our bitch last Saturday.

Mixture of both
is probably a fair statement. Either way, good luck, and stick around here at TD.com. If you haven't done it already, go introduce yourself to the OT Lounge.....

My only issue is that I keep seeing Duck fans talk about DT having a bad game throwing the ball. If you watch this game closely he was under a lot of pressure every time he dropped back and those guys were pretty big and fast. When you have to get rid of the ball early it's likely the throws won't be as accurate.

Very good point. Yes you are right, your D-line did in fact pressure us very good.

Your boys didn't gift wrap anything. Our D straight up took the ball from you. The balls was punched out, good defenses are taught this technique.

And, LSU was better prepared. And better coached.

DFIP (Ducksflyinpacs),

great post and analysis for the most part. It has been fun having you around and reading your comments and thoughts. Hope you stay around as well.

One correction - we are not your enemy. We just happened to be your opponent last week.

Here´s to the Ducks and hope you run the board!

What is wrong with your sense of humor jpbTiger.
You do not seem to see a tongue in cheek joke when you read it.

Thank you for your words. I did try...
As for you, it looks like you are going to have one very exciting season ahead and probably will be making a neat run for Nola. That alone is scary for if you make in there, that will be a virtual home game. lol, plus, you have a good record at BCS title games at Nola. Good luck!

Thanks for coming back. Stick around... the More Sports Board could use more Pac-12 representation from non-USC fans.

Fan eating crow, but spitting it out as you go...you still think Oregon lost the game, more so than the fact that LSU's D kicked that arse...but that's ok....NOW WE WANT BOISE...we are tired of hearing about all of you little guys...YOU CANNOT STAY ON THE FIELD WITH THE LIKES OF THE BIG BOYS...

Enjoyed your posts over the past few weeks. Good luck to the Ducks as you go through the remainder of your schedule in 2011.

Duck, go check out the OT as well....you could add some west coast perspective on the deep questions of life such as: "When is it appropriate to PIIHB?"

good analysis and you are a good sport to come back and submit yourself to the crossfire....
