how old are you? I'm from North LA and graduated from LSU as did nearly every lawyer & doctor around here. what gives you dumbasses the impression that only people south of Alexandria should be fans of LSU?

I have relatives from north Louisiana and they are all Arkansas fans. So calm down you prick.

I have met very few people here that are Arkansas fans and if they are it's 1. Either they are from there or 2. One of their kids played ball there or got a scholarship from there

It's actually only 1 relative but it's true, my uncle is an Arkansas fan from Minden. Other than a few relatives in Minden I do not know anyone from North Louisiana, I have now learned not to underestimate my fellow Tiger fans in North LA.

Well I'm from the Shreveport area and can tell you it's bigtime LSU territory. And the Tech fans HATE IT. I've learned to truly despise Tech fans because I have to live amongst them. Half of them are soft core LSU fans but would flip in a second if Tech ever played decent again and the other half would throw a party if LSU burned to the ground.

Yep. Can confirm a lot of this. I pledged with him in Pike at NLU back in '85. He is from Start for sure. He was a lefty pitcher. He spent tons of time in the frat yard with another guy from Arkansas trying to master their pitches because they both wanted to try out for the minor leagues. This was all before he knew his dad was Tug McGraw. He had a bunch of buddies from Tallulah that he hung out with that were and still are absolute diehard LSU fans, but he never was an LSU fan back then that I can recall. Glad he has come around in his old age. :)

Went to school with him in Monroe in 85. He graduated from small private school. He was ok athlete. Above average really for that small school. We knew him as Tim smith.
