What are they doing to the east upper deck with the seats. Looks like every other section the seats have been removed.

To answer your question, all the east upper deck seats habe been removed. There is a huge issue with water leaking below into the suites. They are having to saw cut the 15 joint's from the base of the upper deck to the top. Then come back and seal them off. Along with a few other issues they need to address. This is a slow process. The saying it will never be ready in time well, it's gonna be dang close.
