Brumfield, Charles and Magee all out this week, leaving only two first-game starters available.

If the line gets down to all freshmen and walk-ons, there'll be a hundred fools on here saying "That's just an excuse!" They must already be excited!

Just curious: where's the line between an excuse and a reason? Maybe one of the "just an excuse" crowd can enlighten us. (I have a feeling that there can never be a reason in their minds. If LSU can't beat 'Bama with a bunch of TEs and 3rd-string LBs trying to play OL, they'll still be screaming to fire O.)

Well, all we've heard is how 0 has fixed the depth on both lines, so which is it?

Charles is questionable. I haven't seen him ruled out definitively anywhere.

And this preemptive melt is pretty sad. You should relax.

God these posts are so pathetic. You're preemptively complaining about people complaining about people using injuries as an excuse for a hypothetical bad performance against Ole Miss. Just take a step back and think about that.

I'm a "Posi-Tiger" but making excuses for losing before the game is even played is just being a huge pussy.

Every coach deals with injuries and nobody expects all the starters to make it through the season unscathed.

Was pretty sure that it was only definite that Brumfield was out this week. Thought it was said that Charles and McGee were questionable but could possibly play.

The excuse makers are so pathetic.

Can they at least play the game before you submit your excuses for losing?

I get that this is your job, but it's concerning that the same staff that employed you are such pussies about potentially losing to any team with half a pulse.

O-line vs Auburn in second half:
Charles, Hines, Cushenberry, Lewis, Deculus

O-line vs Tech
Traore, Hines, Cushenberry, Lewis, Deculus

One player difference. O-line vs Tech is an excuse when they showed they could perform very well against a MUCH better opponent.

"where's the line between an excuse and a reason?"

This sounds like me explaining to my Dad when I was a kid why I didn't do my chores, and him telling me I'm just making up excuses while I am trying to explain to him the similarities of excuses and reasons.

You do realize this thread is as bad if not worse?
Creating a thread like this is 10/10 douchey.

Shut the frick up.

Pumpers already posturing for a loss?

I am Only concerned about Charles otherwise I still expect us to put up points in the 120th ranked Defensenin the country.

Hines has looked good and Magee was a started for like half a quarter. Deculus May have that job going forward.

OM beat LSU with scrubs in 2013. A well coached team should beat OM easily.
