Why can't yall learn from the previous mistakes we made in 2021? "Hire kiffin! Fire everyone!" Did yall forget Kelly's biggest mistake was completely cleaning house and taking the Louisiana out of the program? Raymond needs to be retained at least

Oh so you are the AD now, lol? We started out asking about Baker and now you decided Raymond has to be retained for the new coach?

My opinion is let the new coach pick his defensive coordinator

Well I think that's stating the obvious

Baker deserves to stay with his staff in place which is why Kiffin is the only hire that makes sense. He controls the offense and gets all the limelight while Baker controls the defense.

and what has this staff done? This program since 2020 is very mid. Talent dont mean shite if you dont employ the culture, teamwork and cohesion. A Real Program. All of the x factors LSU needed are NOT here. Thats on the coaches from the athletic department on down. If you wanna point fingers, it was SW's fault for not realizing BK didnt have solid assistants coming with him because he is a douchebag and nobody good was coming, so we were stuck with previous coaches. Im not hating on them but they understand the business. The "air, aura" whatever you want to call it needs to totally change.

Dude, a top shelf coach with a successful brand who is likeable should bring "his guys" who are good enough to accept the challenge as much as the HC.

Verge needs to vett that shite correctly. If he doesn't he should be fired too. I could see where Baker and CR may be hired by the new coach, at least they used the nil money wisely.and good decent players but the rest need to go. All of them. Knowing Louisiana don't mean shite anymore in the NIL era. Money talks and all bs walks.

He cannot stop a mobile qb. Hes proved it time after time. That’s the way the game is headed. He has to go. Just wait until Arkansas embarrasses us

It is up to the new coach. I don't care either way. I will say that most QBs are now dual-threat he can't deal with that.

He's 43, seems to give a shite, so probably can try to figure it out.

It's where college football has been trending for a long time, more teams are going with the dual threat than not these days so for all the good qualities I see and like in Baker, this is a pretty big weakness he needs to figure out and he's been seeing this as a DC for what now - 4 years in the SEC and he's seen a pretty long and steady diet of these types of offenses, .

It's not gonna happen this season IMHO, the fundamental plan and schemes to counteract have to be set from day one of spring and fall camps - wholesale scheme changes just don't happen in season. Arky QB is likely to light us up prettyh good.

Defense had a great game last night but we shouldn't get too caught up in the moment and forget how poorly he's handled mobile QBs here for 2 years now.

Damn I get tired of hearing this shite. We held Bama to 330 yrd and 20 pts while our offense shite the bed with 225 yds and 9 pts. That was more than enough to win and would have been much less if our offense had a decent RZ efficiency.

The only game this same thing was not true was aTm. We got our shite pushed in during the 2nd half. We had a good enough defensive effort to beat OM and Vandy.
