I have some thoughts and questions to toss out to the rant after sleeping on last night's blowout win:

1. Did I hear it correctly that Jordan Seaton has 18% body fat? Those announcers were talking about everything BUT the game starting in the 2Q.

2. I don't remember seeing any new LSU injuries - is this correct? Please Baby Jesus be true!

3. Why does our loss to Ole Miss get lumped in with their blowout loss at the Swamp and now Florida's blowout loss at Mizzou? Tigers did not get blown out, and to the contrary, we tied it up and came darn close to winning it. If anything, it should be a contrast in how well this team held up in a arguably the most hostile environment any team will see. It bugs me that the AP voters seem to just see the "L", and they vote accordingly.

1. Yes
2. None that I saw on the broadcast or that were mentioned as new.
3. Not concerned about the polls. If we take care of business with the remaining schedule, then all of the current narrative is moot.

Agree on your ole miss point.

People acting like it’s just a trickle effect of teams losing to each other but these other teams are getting blown out.

Nobody has / is blowing us out.

LSU was the 11th ranked team in the AP Poll. Are you mad that LSU wasn’t ranked ahead of a team that beat them?

Agreed. It could’ve gotten bad but we showed a lot of grit coming back and almost won the game. We SHOULD be in the top 10 but really it doesn’t matter. If we win out or only lost 1 more, we will be in the playoffs.

They said that but there's no way it's true

I’m not mad, but LSU obviously should be ranked ahead of Ole Miss. LSU has lost one game, on the road, to a good team in a close game. Ole Miss is the same except they were blown out.

This is exactly how I feel! And apologies for misleading some about Seaton and injuries. I added the comma to delineate these two.

The only injury I saw was Winnie Watkin’s feelings getting hurt after that HT comment by our HC.

Seaton looks to be closer to 30% bodyfat. There is a 0% chance he is 18% bodyfat.

There’s no way that’s right but it sounds good. 18% would put him in Tony Mandarich pre-draft territory
