This should never happen again

In the big 3 sports. You walk around LSU and see all of the academic buildings in need of repairs, needing to be pressure washed and updated etc. and then you visit the athletic facilities and it is the total opposite. Unimaginable amounts of money have been put into athletics at LSU so to have a year like we have had is absolutely inexcusable. We have (on paper) made some good moves to address this but I am absolutely disgusted with the product that was put on the field/court in football, basketball and baseball this year.

I love LSU but I am so glad that my day does not get better or worse with an LSU loss anymore. I guess as we age we learn these things.

This is why people laugh at LSU. Especially pompous northern asses because they see where the money can be used in a poverty stricken state and you dump into a pathetic product of athletics. LSU has invested hundreds of millions into athletics.
They're becoming the model of everything not to do in the modern era. Money does not solve everything as you see it first hand here.

Relax Dave, down years happen. With the current state of NIL you aren’t going to win it every year and with baseball specifically, CJJ hit the portal late last year after winning his 2nd natty in 3 years. Go be a Hogs fan and see how that feels.

I just don’t see this improving in one or two years. Think we are on a bit of a slide for at least two more years.
