This season reminds me of 2010.

After today we will be 5-0 with one unimpressive win ( auburn ) and headed to Florida.
If we beat Florida i'n the swamp like we did i'n 2010. Everyone will be back on our bandwagon and we will be pumped heading into the showdown on Nov. 3rd.
In 2010, our showdown was with auburn. Let's hope we fair a little better this year.

Eh, not really. This team doesn't have "it" which the 2011 team had following the opener vs Oregon. Maybe they will put it all together. This team will have more challenges than the last.

2006 is a fair assessment. Tons of talent. Not as many road hurdles. But 2 losses are just as likely as going undefeated.

No "it"? How can you tell? There's only been one conference game. After one conference game last year, it was an unimpressive win on the road vs Miss St.

Go back another year...reminds me of 2005. Started with a hurricane and North Texas. We have tons of talent...young QB. I think mentally 3rd year Russell is equivalent to 2nd year Mett. Unimpressive 1st conference game (at least we didn't lose). UGA playing nobody from the east and probably cruise to the SEC CG. Let's just hope we can meet them there.

I agree with OP...we will just barely win...but will win a lot. Probably lose to Bama...maybe drop one to FL or aTm. We don't have the swag we had last year IMO.

This is true. 2011 was the exception and many of us fans thought this years team would be even better plus have the want to avenge last year. Doesn't look so far like its happening that way.
