Don't worry I'm bringing my 2003 craziness to this game. I was there. I will be twice as loud and twice as drunk

I know it will be loud before this point, but could you imagine the energy going through the stadium when this starts to play? (no it's not pregame, although that will be epic as well).

I plan on not having a voice for a week. This game will be insane plus 11/3 is my bday so it will be a day to remember. BTW, LSU is undefeated when I'm at the game

agreed.

it would also be nice if USC would do us a solid and knock off the ducks before we kick off. would add an extra little buzz to the air.

Fixed it for you.

I hope the fans don't sour on the team if there are some hiccups on offense. The 2003 UGA game epitomizes LSU home games to me because the crowd picked up the team after UGA took the lead late in the game on a 93 yd screen pass. Instead of booing the defense who had given up several plays in that game, the crowd instantly started chanting "LSU, LSU, LSU!" The atmosphere was electric and the players fed off of it. I hope our fans use that mentality to encourage the team instead of booing to vent frustration.

Geaux Tigers!

This is what gives me confidence in the crowd for this game. Seems like this crowd is becoming a lot less sour than recently and much more positive. During the South Carolina game when the game was still really close and Eric Reid went down for a bit, it was really awesome to see the entire student section hold up 1 finger for Eric Reid and chant his name. We're all in it together this season, and I love it.

I hope you are correct. An electric crowd doesn't necessarily ensure victory, but a flat or negative crowd will definitely ensure defeat. Let's keep our NATION LEADING home victory streak intact.

This game should be as electric as the '79 USC game. Obviously we are not quite the 'underdog' we were then, but we should have a 'monster' chip on our shoulder for BAMA. We just need to keep our composure and save some adrenalin for the 4th quarter. WE CAN BEAT BAMA!!!!

If this game finishes like the game last year in Tuscaloosa, it will be The Revenge of The Earthquake Game. The whole stadium might disappear in a drunken, Lake Peigneur like sink whole.

My top three are:

(1) UGA 1998 - preseason top 10 lost 27-28 to Quincy Carter, and Jerry D's collapse began. Late in the 4th it was loudest I've ever heard it.
(2) UT 2005 - so much emotion in the first half post Katrina.
(3) UGA 2003

Honorable Mention:
UF 1997 and 2007
Alabama 2008

If it is close in the 4th, I imagine it will crack my top 3.
