All you are looking at is the score and the first few games. You're not at all paying attention to what's happening on the field.

If you were, you'd see that we aren't making the same mistakes every game (even special teams are not repeating the same mistakes). You'd see deficiencies are improving.

We aren't going to be wold beaters this season but only a simple child would look at the score only and try to draw parallels.

UCLA was a blowout.

Defense was statistically one of the worst in the country and constantly gave up explosive plays which is no longer the case.

The team often fatigued and blew multiple second half/4th quarter leads.
