The other universities.. absolutely

Georgia and Texas, absolutely. Not many others fall into that category, and certainly not Moo State.

This is more about establishing control at this point.

The SEC may be overstepping in the process; it will boil down to whether they press for any sort of penalty toward LSU.

If they don't, it will establish the authority they want without opening it to any test to weaken it.

If they try to go after LSU for exploring the possibility of adding players under a protective order, the SEC may inadvertantly undermine what it just tried to establish.

Good post. I still believe there is political motivation behind this. Skanky's people (Woodward for example) were removed from LSU.

This is about the Judge telling the SEC that they couldn't punish LSU or Kiffin for breaking conference rules! and Sankey being made a fool of.... but mostly b/c the first part.

The SEC doesn't want to be told they can't enforce rules (even though the freaking cowards let all kinds of $h!t go on)

Whether fans want to believe it or not Kiffin was poking the bear... he might not have crossed the line but he got awful close and dared the SEC to do something. So they did. I think the SEC way overreacted and would've been sued into oblivion if they were to kick LSU out for "almost" breaking a rule. The optics along with lawsuits would most likely destroy them.... the SEC really doesn't want to have their dirty laundry drug out in the front yard for the world to see.... the lack of consistency in how the rules are applied would be more than they could survive....

Nobody wants that.... LSU is better off in the SEC than any other conference. The SEC is better off with LSU than without. Just a bunch of Egos trying to decide who is going to blink first. Emotions were high but I never really thought they were going to drop a nuke on us... the fallout gets too much of them as well.

What a strange response to fall back on your conservative victim narrative here. It's exactly the same as the woke falling back on their oppressed narrative.

Im laughing my arse off at this party affiliation bullshite

Some of you have gotten scammed by conservatives because you think "we're all on the same team"

Listen people once you get a certain amount of money, it's all about power. They pick a side but do things behind the scenes that benefit them the most.

Does this have something to do with politics? Sure, but not based on conservative and liberal ideologies.
