There are many variables discussed on the " key " for an LSU win, but to just pick the most important, it is our defense. Why ? With a dominating defense you obviously limit the opponent from scoring, create turnovers, and you also give our offense more possessions, and usually better field positions to begin drives. You control the tempo and flow of a game, if you are the visitor, by a smothering defense. But, the main thing a visiting, dominating defense does, is it takes out the home field advantage of the crowd, as they watch in silence as their offense is stymied.
Hopefully, our defense is lights out dominant, our offense doesn't turn it over much, and we will get the win.

Not really. OM has the #99 ranked total D. Tech's D was top 50. He put up 45 pts with 4 turnovers on Tech. He should not have any trouble putting up 40+ pts on OM, even if he throws a couple of INTs . I don't think the OM Dbacks are capable of making an INT, much less 2.
