FWIW, even though we missed out on A LOT of talented Louisiana guys, also including Dylan Moses, he ended up finishing as the #6 class in the country. We would have been at least in the top 3 if we signed the Louisiana guys, but I'll still give O credit on finishing that class up. It is true that the 2018 class is very very disappointing so far though.

Why do you act like a child? You get chapped damn easy for a so called man. Calling others boys bc you're insecure yourself. Wow some of our fans are sissy as they come. O's not going anywhere and you guys with these agenda driven posts, aren't doing yourselves any favors. It just looks like hate, and vitriol for a man, not a coach.

He's going to make mistakes as would anyone who was coming in here. They will have to make certain changes but I suspect that they will do that. I agree that he has to relax a little when it comes to hasty decision's and be decisive when it comes to making offseason changes or small changes that will help the assistants do their jobs at a higher success rate. Stay out of the way when it comes to the game planning and change the structure when you see things aren't working.

Like film watch, practice intensity, practice length in the offseason, make more solid hires, get a great DL coach that can get toughness out of the line and recruit, same for the OL, make everyone on the team accountable to knowing the game plan, focus in on the weaknesses which are obvious, have more structure, and make these guys do everything at 110% while demanding perfection.

Let them know ahead of time that they will not like it, but on Saturday night and Sunday that they will love every second of the hard work. The payoff is worth it and there will be a payoff. They won't remember the pain and hardship, only know that it is paying off. Every person at every level has to be ready to play at a high level. Go fill up the roster with the lineman you need and then fill up around the edges. This staff can do this, if they hold themselves accountable, create some solid structure of practices that work, and don't mind failure, failure happens, it's how you respond to failure, which seperates you from others.

You're going to fail, be prepared to respond to that failure, and make the next move a success. That's the game of football and in life. More attention to the details must be paid and that's the entire staff. You can't just go to work, and then go home. You have to go beyond the ordinary if you want to rise up. Do things others aren't doing and do the things they are better. It's time to we had a coach like this and I thought this guy would be him. Prove them all wrong O.
