I was listening to ESPNU on Tuesday. I think it was Full Ride. They said the Big 10 would be the first to back out of the season. The Big 10 has been the first conference to make every move so far.

i have been saying on here since April that the season would move to a Feb start when all was said and done and was slammed, damned, and banned. And yes i get it - some players will sit out and they would have likely sat out fall too and yes the NFL draft will have to move back and the start of the 2021 season will have to start in Oct. Can we get the Texas game back?

Think how much worse it would be had we not won the ship last year. Think how it sucks for Bama fans. They have gotten the snot busted out of them two years in a row and they have an aging coach who is sinking relative to his peers. He has a rapidly closing window to get another championship, and they lose his best remaining year. In the meantime, Orgeron keeps building.

I don’t know if the season will be cancelled. Won’t surprise me one bit if it is. But these conversations were baffling to me when MLB (along with everything else) was shut down in March. And here we are, 5 months later, arguing about the same thing. What I want people to tell me, is what metric (cases, deaths, hospitalizations, etc.) are acceptable for life to go on? The whole thing is a shiite show.
