The Summertime Smack Talk - Karma Police

This board is full of hubris in the offseason, only to be brought down to earth during the regular season. Football and basketball were let downs and baseball had an uncharacteristically bad season.

I long for the days where we have something of substance to celebrate. Poaching a coach or player, taking advantage of loopholes, etc. are empty calories. We need results on the field, not message boards.

We will learn soon enough if talent wins the day or Karma.
