Not Booty, it was Jamie Howard. But right, they started Tyler after that and he never relinquished the role.

The best thing I read in that opening post was that Miles, coaching staff and TAF all want Alleva out.

I am sure the baseball coaching staff would also shed no tears if Alleva were to go.

He has been a pretty useless AD with no backbone. I don't think he has contributed to any notable improvement in any aspect of LSU athletics.

I have never perceived Harris as not being very intelligent--still don't buy that he is not capable of grasping the playbook. I believe that he has probably not put forth the effort in playbook & film study needed, and hopefully will realize the need to do that heading into next season.

This spring should be interesting and everyone including Harris looks forward to a fresh start.

Oops. I'm mixing up my highly touted, bust, then bounce back QBs of the 90s. Hated that Howard got hurt and couldn't play anymore after the Bama game. He did a solid job bouncing back from that disastrous 94 season. I was at the Disaster on the Plains. That was the worst game I've ever seen in-person.

You are right. Sometimes the "star" players aren't accustomed to having to work so hard for success at a lower lever but when they get to college they suddenly have to really work at it. Some are challenged by this and make it while others never develop and ride the bench.

I pull for all Tigers to be the best they can be and have great success.

Also, can't believe this thread has reached this many pages.
