That's a lot of money.
Certainly, it's enough money to motivate Tony Clayton to extract that much from the SEC.
Considering that the SEC is still using the same law firm that lost the Alston case, and represented the SEC in the House-Hubbard-Carter trio of consolidated cases resulting in billions in financial damages, I'd expect Clayton to be excited about the matchup.
