I said we didn't dominate from the start. But then again, you keep choosing to ignore that qualifying statement. So its no surprise you got my point wrong.

How I listed all games we dominated from the get go.

And left off the ones that we looked like dog shite until the talent gap took over. A closer look at the stats of even the games you cherry picked, will reveal plenty had sub-par first quarters. When that point failed, you started acting like us winning the game by a whole bunch of points has anything to do with the OP.

And for the millionth time:
My list, minus a couple of the 2011 games, are games we dominated from the start. How many times must I repeat it?

Why would I put those in a list about games we dominated from the start?

ETA: My list is games that were done by half time. I don't know why you think my list has failed in anyway. I'm convinced some of y'all can't read.

Sweet jesus, read my post very slowly. Use your phone to look up any words you don't know. Have lunch, read it again even more slowly, then get the frick back to me. Like talking to a fricking pissed off teenager.

Yeah, in 2011 we really dominated western kentucky, arkansas, and georgia from the start.

You realize 2 of those were top 5 teams

Box, you are incorrect in stating LSU has always started fast and put teams away early enough to get meaningful reps to the young ones.

Last night, les could have sat the starters after the 1st quarter........minimal penalties, passionate execution, etc.

Yes they dominated cupcakes, but it was not the performance indicative of elite teams. Many many times LSU underwhelmed voters after a win with the statement "the final s ore doesn't tell the truth."

Not jabbing at you, but you are off base on this one.

Why do you people have to argue with everyone?? Like you don't understand what the guy is talking about? It was visibly different then many of those games, 94 yard pa pass to start, that set a record btw, 7 sacks, 2 INTs and one was a bait int, long runs/passes, defense, ST, a COMLETE game people. No the other games weren't like this one period. Most of these games we pull away in the second half, and can't get playing time for EVERYONE. This game was over in the first quarter and it was refreshing to me. You can pretend to not see the difference but there was.

it's not a big deal to admit it

It's dumb deal to even discuss it. Who gives a shite if LSU doesn't score until the second or third series when we win by 30, 40, or 50?

There is a myth we don't blow cupcakes out. Only 2 games were troy and la tech, lee was just terrible. The younger guys play because we are short on upperclassmen. It will be like this as long as kids are 3 and done. This really wasn't the case until 3 years ago. We all knew some of these young cats were going to have to play before the season. It shouldn't be a surprise now when they do.

The score from the Furman game in 2013 was 20-16 LSU at halftime with furman driving and settling for a 23 yard field goal as time expired.

Eta: nevermind, the mighty Paladins are not in the list. Neither is 2010 game with Mcneese. (LSU lead 16-10 at half)

2011 LSU lead Ms state at half 6-3, lead Kentucky 14-0 at half, not exactly dominant performances.

And keep in mind shsu is not cupcake quality..... They put up points on everyone. I really thought we were going to have 50+ to 20+ game.

AA or not, that was an impressive defensive performance
