you're not only a socialist, you are a stupid socialist. the way you view reality is so distorted you should not be allowed to own weapons.

I would much rather go back to the way it was. Real Tiger fans in the stadium. Stays the whole game, loud and fun!!! If I can't make it I listen on the radio. So much fun on Saturday nights around the radio.
Hell yeah I will go back....

You can laugh all you want. That's fine. But my point is still valid- this is a corrupt sport

I am gonna laugh as much as I want. And I'm laughing at your horseshite posts. You want to go on and on about corrupt sports and cheaters and schemes and shite like that, that's fine and dandy. Some of it I agree with. There are some calls made in games that make people scratch their heads, but for the past 3 or 4 days, you've been on here badmouthing Miles and the LSU admin and making Miles out to be the ringleader of the college football underworld.

frick you. Miles and LSU are no better or worse than any other program in america. All you sound like is another one of the bitter Les Miles haters with all your ponzi scheme/leader of the cabal bullshite.

I'm all for making the sport honest and fair for everyone involved, so good luck to you and your merry men of misfits.

College football has become a scam so the coaches, AD staffs, and corporations can benefit from sucking up 4+ hrs of ad time per game and millions of dollars into the pockets of individuals.

Become? Become?

College football has been corrupt for 125 years. At least. It was common practice for schools to field teams of thugs who never even saw the campus all the way back in the 1890s. The whole sport was almost banned in 1908, mostly because of safety issues. But the original charter for the NCAA also included jurisdiction to get a grip on the issue of paying players.

Hell, the Marx Brothers made a movie ridiculing the whole sport 82 years ago.

In truth, college football may be more clean now than it ever has been. I do see helmet sticker induced bias. Everybody does, even if they don't want to admit it. Clearly happened in 2011, with the added benefit for ESPN that the rematch would be a catalyst for creating a playoff that they would televise.

But the visibility of every bad call makes it a lot harder to keep the conspiracies secret. And there isn't anything like the old SouthWest Conference cheating going on today (even if all the rumors about Bama are true.)

College football is only clean when compared to boxing.

quote:

Les Miles is the greatest perpetrator of this but the cheating to protect the financial interests of the select few is glaringly obvious, and has been for the past few years.

Some on this board will believe anything.

No wonder we're going to the Texas Bowl. The negativity is so bad in the fanbase now, why should any other bowl want us?

As you can see, I rarely post any comments on here. However, this crap was just to funny to sit back and not say anything! This dude has been on mission to bring down LSU, Miles and college football altogether over the last few days. This was by far the funniest shite he's written so far tho! College football (hell, all sports for that matter) is riddled with bad calls by refs, and the call in the North Carolina game is baffling. However, I'm not sure it requires an FBI investigation, nor does it equal the demise of college football either. This dude has watched too many Mel Gibson movies and has lost touch with reality.! And for those of you that believe football was better 20-30 years ago when you could only catch about 3-4 games a year on TV, then don't watch! It's that simple! By the way, you may want to put the laptop, tablet and/or PC as well! I mean, if you want the stone ages, then get rid of all the modern day crap you have, including the device you used to post your comment on this board! I was having a crappy day until I read this!! I realized my life ain't so bad when I read crap like this!! Made my day!!

Did not.

How can it be any more glaringly obvious at this point?

?

Number two, we need to move the SEC office out of Alabama- threaten to go indepdendent if they refuse.

We could go independent, but we would not be Notre Dame. Our national name isn't big enough. In other words, we would not have many bowls like the Pinstripe which has Notre Dame/ACC option. This idea has been tossed around for 15 years. We need the SEC and they need us and get over the fact that it's in Alabama. The NCAA headquarters is in Kansas -- they were one of the worst teams I have ever seen. They have always been bad. Alabama benefits only in football. Look at Hoover -- they win that tourney once every 12 years. 5 of those years they are not even there. Alabama's success undfer Nick Saban still butt hurts too many.

Bluff as much as we need to.

That's a parallel to what you want to get rid of.

One thing we have learned in the last 2 weeks is that the AD does not swing a big, mighty sword as we thought. Broadhead did. But since Joe Dean, the AD has been the money raiser and the guy who can turn the lights on at the baseball field at night and all night in September and not blink. That's what an AD at LSU is for. The rest of all the stuff you think an AD has control of -- he doesn't.
