I took it that the LSU policy was for on campus academics. Tiger Stadium has not mask policy and has dropped the proof of purchase requirement...

Considering that there is zero evidence that masks can stop any coronavirus…and that wearing masks for long periods of time is unhealthy both physically and mentally..I’d say yes..very horrific to make kids wear masks all day.

I was.
You didn’t miss anything. I completely misunderstood what the event was to be as I could’ve sworn when it was first publicized that it was to be another open practice.
All they did was have tables and a stage set up inside the PMAC like a banquet. Players and some of the coaches made their way around the tables to visit with people. Kim got up, spoke a little (which was cool to hear, but she is always good at that) and then she introduced the players and staff.
There was probably 200-300 or so people there. After it was over they allowed people to walk through part of the practice facility and into the gym.

William Tate was in attendance an actually spoke. He did not have a mask on when he was in the audience so that should answer any questions about masks inside the pmac

Its a good sign that events are taking place in the PMAC and masks are not being required. But if I was an LSU student, I'd be pretty pissed. The university has basically required them to be vaccinated and wear a mask in a classroom setting but on the other side of campus, one can go to the PMAC with 8000 screaming fans and that's ok.

went to volleyball match this past Saturday. Several hundred people there. Most didn't wear masks. Nobody said anything to me or my family entering or while inside. Pure theatre!

I'm not a Trump guy, but the man got Covid and then got a full vaccination after he got Covid. And he's still telling people in public that they need to get vaccinated.
So, if your "side", I'm assuming, would stop censoring everyone they disagree with, you probably wouldn't be ignorant to those facts.
If I were you, I would get out of my bubble and try to find out the truth about everything in life, not just what sources you agree with want to tell you.
