Rumors! Despite the fact he sued a woman for extortion because.. The woman he was cheating on his wife with claimed she was pregnant and Pitino paid her $3000 to get an abortion, but she really wasn't pregnant. There is documentation of this.
Despite the fact a madam testified that the University of Louisville paid her thousands of dollars for her to get girls to meet with potential recruits.
Of course this isn't want cost him his job.. But yeah... According to DV, someone testifying in court are nothing but rumors..
