I'm sure there is a small handful of irrational "haters" as some of you insist on calling them, but the vast majority of us that are hard on O just want him to win and think grouping us all together is unfair.

I’m aware of this. But to be fair I don’t see much of an effort to be broken apart from the group you speak of. People get attacked for saying anything positive and it has been a damper to the board.
I don’t think anyone wants to prohibit any criticism. I didn’t want the guy either, I just accepted it would likely be 2-3 years unless he fell face flat. Yet we still have people that want to remind you of his record at Ole Miss daily.
Some people are way over the top, they will find something else to hate in this he event we win a title. That’s what my comment was directed toward.

I don't think it's for anything positive, it's just the ridiculous stuff. The thread about the kid switching to OL was met with almost nothing but positivity because it was something tangible.

I just disagree with this completely, but I found the rest of your post to be about as thoughtful and even keel as possible. It's a nice change of pace from most that are on here. Not yours, in general.

Well we’ve been doing pretty well at Lber recruiting the last few years. Imo last years class was a lot better than the final ranking indicated. Several studs that were robbed n regards to their ranking. And their offer list proves it

Are you serious? We have all sorts of data as to what kind of coach we have. We also have an absence of data for the entire offense, including the OC.

We have one season with O as coach. That’s it. I fault him for making the Canada hire and bailing after one season but I’m still open to giving the man a chance to prove himself. You people have an irrational hatred for him and don’t even give him a chance.
