They keep mentioning 2014. This isn't the 2014 LSU team. And it damn sure isn't the 2014 MSU team. That MSU team had players blatantly stomping our players on the ground after the play. And our players lacked the chest to do anything about it.
Think these are the same fricking teams?? Stay tuned. I'm getting more excited to put a beatdown on MSU tonight...

I'll admit, LSU fans definitely can overhype a team. But if we beat BAMA I guarantee everyone here would classify it as an upset.

I think the main reason for their overconfidence is that they only lost by 3 points in Death Valley last year, and they beat Coach O while he was at Ole Miss.
But they aren't taking into account that we have two of the best coordinators in college football, (possibly even the very best).

Dillon Day really is a piece of shite for doing that. I don't mind guys playing football with a mean streak, because it's a violent game and should be played with a certain mentality. However, cheap shots like this are just bullshite and can cost a player big time with the risk of injury and have no place in the game.
I can't ever find a gif of his other stomp on Rashard Robinson.

I honestly figured this guy would be sweeping the parking lot at a Whataburger or something. Seems he's a lifelong practice squad guy though. Attitude like that can prevent you from becoming one of the greats. Hell, John Lynch was dirty as hell but never as blatant about it as Day was.
I think Dan Mullen is a good coach, but I lost a ton of respect for him after he wouldn't hold an obviously dirty player accountable for intentional actions that could have seriously injured defenseless opposing players. Dillon's "letter to MSU" was a g@ddamn joke.
