Its common knowledge that maintaining a powerhouse program is far harder than building one. Whats harder to do, have 2 great recruiting classes or 8 great recruiting classes? What's harder to do, have 2 great years or 9 great years.

Wow. Have you see what happened at Texas ,USC, and Florida ( all programs with more money than lsu and better recruiting bases) when they lost their good coach? No coach will want to come to lsu when the fans wanted to fire the winningest coach in lsu history.

Facilities are every where and a lot of them better than ours. Recruiting base is about equal across the south. Coaching budget, so what people bitch about. How much the coaches make. News flash, one of these names could end up costing more than miles. Then you get stuck with a buy out if this coach tanks and we are Tennessee. Fans don't show up to the games anymore, we don't have the best fan base. They boo and leave early.

So it's really about just one game? Two years ago? You and Bengal have proven to be retarded.

It's understandable to get frustrated at times when you feel we should have won a game we lost but because Les didn't win 1 more game a year doesn't make him some bad/ easily replaceable coach. How do you think Bama fans felt about your beloved coach when he decided to cry to get 1 more second on the clock to try and kick a 50+ yard field goal only to watch Auburn return it for a walk-off touchdown. It was a stupid mistake that probably cost them a chance for another title. But Bama fans remember how bad it was before Nick showed up. I doubt you will here any of them eager to throw him to the curb.
