There were at least a half dozen wins during the Brian Kelly era that felt way worse than this loss.

I honestly thought we'd win, but the loss kind of buries the hatchet in the whole Kiffin leaving saga. They got their due, got to gloat and vent, and we weren't that hurt by it. We're gonna keep getting better, and I bet we see them again this year at some point. Things won't be the same then.

Well, if you have a fully functional brain and eyes that work then it was overwhelmingly obvious that Ole Miss was the better team. It would have been great to get the win, but this was simply the better team winning.

I think we all knew this would be a tough game to win given the circumstances….. it’s over now let’s ride Tigers!!!
