Not going to be this season. I’m not saying this can’t/wont be a good season, but this team isn’t winning a NC this year. And neither will Ole Miss.
But the sky isn’t falling, either. There is space between the two extremes, sunshine pumpers and negatigers…

This team needs a lot to go right in order to win an NC. We don't have the depth to withstand injuries and they're already starting to pile up. Leavitt needs to grow a pair or make a QB change. We have a very difficult schedule to navigate. A couple receivers need to emerge. We need at least 1 more offensive lineman to step up (Harper?). It's not impossible, but I wouldn't bet on it. I think a playoff berth is still achievable but I don't think this is an NC roster in year 1.
