The loss of Brady’s instinct and influence in the booth regarding play calling....

is the huge concern. He seemed to have an uncanny knack to see the field, dissect the D and exploit its weaknesses. Hopefully, Munoz has similar traits.

You literally have no idea if this is true or not, unless you sat in the booth yourself

You're just totally making stuff up.

The offense won’t be changing. If I’m not mistaken E called most of the games this year. Brady was given some drives here and there. Brady’s expertise came with formations, coaching wrs, and RPO stuff

Hopefully Munoz does, cause E doesn’t

I think it’s more Burrow’s football IQ that was able to do the far majority of that stuff.

You have absolutely no idea if this is true or not other than some video of the press box and his comment that they can't fricking stop us.

Seriously man, if you are that desperate for a little attention, get yourself a hamster.

You know we heard when Pellini was leaving and Malveto took over that no need for concern that they knew the defense just as well as Bo and the transition would be seamless.
Not saying this will work out the same but we certainly heard many of the same things said....just saying.

Brady's legend around here is gigantic. None of us have any clue what all he exactly did.

Burrow is absolutely great.
But look at his numbers last year with E calling the shots. If this was all built in to him then last season is much more fruitful offensively

It was a totally different offense. Brady had everything to do with that.
He didn't have anything to do with Burrow learning blitz pick ups, pocket awareness, keeping his eyes downfield, etc. Joe literally credits Munoz with all of that. If we had Andrew Hatch running this offense it wouldn't have looked anything like it did this year.

On more than a few occasions of video from the pressbix, you can see Brady looking back to another coach in the room, getting some input, and then making the call or talking with E about making the call. Not sure who he was talking with and would have to watch the game again.

Get jrunk tonite. Watch the replay of the best team ever and tamp down them there expectations you have for next year.
I’m granting you another 24 hours of celebration time.

That’s the impression I get when TV shows Brady and Coach E the press box. Come on guys, you can read between the lines and know that Brady had some kind of say in a lot of the play-calling.

No one knows the extent of everyone’s contributions except the coaching staff and the players.
I have two observations though as a fan who watches games on TV.
1) I saw Steve Ensminger talking into his mic in the offensive staff booth more in the championship game than I had seen all season long where Brady seemed to be doing most of the talking. If you assume that means Steve was doing the play calling then I’d say he was pretty comparable to Joe’s success against perhaps the best defense we faced all year.
2) We were willing to pay Joe Brady a lot of money to stay on as “the OC???”/co-OC???. So, that tells me we valued his worth mightily either as a play caller, a passing game coordinator, an offensive analyst, a QB coach, a receiver coach, or probably some combination of some or all of these things.
So the thing we as fans have to hope for is that his contributions in those areas are repeatable, transferable or imprinted enough for the next person to successfully take over.
