The problem is CEO does not think it’s a scheme issue so we will have the same result no matter how good our talent is.

So you're saying that the offensive line actually played a good game Saturday. Gotcha.

No, he did not say that.

He said that blaming the 'talent' was foolish, and then he posted recruiting numbers that showed LSU has plenty of talent to work with.

He said LSU has a coaching / development issue.

If I didn't know any better, I'd say you're not arguing in good faith. That would mean you have an agenda or something.

Curious.

lie. Answer the question about OL talent relative to other teams

Why would I need to answer that question? It's a pointless question. Ask yourself what team in the SEC could Deculus be starting for?

Do you honestly think that LSU has upper level talent along the offensive line?

I suspect that you think that they do and the reason for their lack of productivity is simply coaching.

IF he's so shitty, why did Saban offer him?

Coaches miss on recruits all the time. That being said I'm guessing that like the other poster you think it's all coaching.

How is it not? Is Southeastern more talented than we are?

The OP left out a critical piece of information. All but one of those guys were recruited as guards not tackles.

Well, whose job is it to make sure we have the right people in the right positions and have depth?

Why is it impossible for you to put any blame on the people that are paid millions to set this team up?

It’s pretty simple actually, and 00 tech grad laid it out perfectly earlier in the thread. You conveniently ignored it, so I’ll repost it here.

“It’s pretty simple. If you conclude that it’s the LSU OL play that shite the game away, and know those teams all put up better offensive numbers than LSU against Bama, then you have to conclude that their offensive lines are better than LSU’s.”

quote:

It's a pointless question.

Your first post in this thread was a pointless question. Then you started lying again.

quote:

Ask yourself what team in the SEC could Deculus be starting for?

I don’t have specific knowledge about other SEC teams OL. I think it’s likely that deculus would start somewhere on the OL for at least one of Missouri, ole miss, Arkansas or ULL. What do you think?

Do you honestly think that LSU has upper level talent along the offensive line?

No I don’t. Where have I said or even hinted at anything close to that? I’m specifically asking you about lsu’s OL talent relative to Missouri, ole miss, Arkansas, and ULL. Either you aren’t intelligent enough to understand that, or you are lying again to make it seem like you don’t. Which is it?

quote:

I suspect that you think that they do and the reason for their lack of productivity is simply coaching.

Another stupid argument from you’ll end up lying about tobrry to get out of at some point.

Do Missouri, ole miss, Arkansas, and ULL have more talented offensive lines than Lsu?

AGREE!!!

Not enough misdirection and instruction on HOW to beat Bama. It's the same old crap that LSU is trying to do to beat a team, but the blueprint on how to move the ball against Bama has been given if the coaches care. Auburn, Clemson, Ole Miss, A&M and Ohio State have done it and in most cases have similar talent as LSU. Gotta spread them out and run misdirection plays that further get them moving laterally then attack the holes.

I was very disappointed in the scheme/design. Offensive line was NOT put in a position to have success trying to block a 3-4 with very good talent. If a Defensive lineman is playing a 2 gap, you gotta get him in the wrong gap which requires misdirection. Then you can block to the second level with your uncovered Offensive linemen! FRUSTRATING!!!

The problem is the difference in talent between our o-lines. Bama has 3 five stars and around 10 four stars. Their backups are 4 stars. We don't have that

The recruiting rank shite is so dumb

According to the stuff this board continues to perpetuate, a 5star Sr with 30 career starts is the same as a 5 star first time starting Fr or Soph.

As for Bamas DL, all 3 guys are draft eligible. Two will go in the 1st 20 picks & Buggs on day 2 or 3rd rd. We don’t have a 1st rd pick on either line right now. To think that all these needs will be remedied in only one full recruiting cycle is just ignorant.

How many first round picks do Missouri, ole miss, Arkansas, and ULL have on their lines right now?

I could go through your post history and find hundreds of examples of you popping into threads to ask questions just like that without making a point. Now you want to get all pissy when it’s done to you because you are afraid to type out the answer? Ok guy.

I have no clue what you’re asking or how it pertains to what I said. Otherwise I’d answer you. So yea, don’t waste my time

What part of the question is so complicated for you exactly?

quote:

how it pertains to what I said.

Because you’re crying about Lsu not having first round picks on either line while Alabama has multiple.

Otherwise I’d answer you.

Seems you’ve avoided that for 2 posts now.

Then answer the question so we can be done here.
