well you made it a point to say sabans first class. Just letting you know he was coming to lsu before he even knew who saban was.
no need to get mad, plus ur name is petermanfanclub, so i would expect you to know that. Didnt think you did.

cant go wrong with Flynn, Reed, or Hester for many reasons but I'm surprised no one has mentioned Marcus Spears. He was SO dominant in the run game it was ridiculous.

Craig Steltz, waited his turn behind landry and the rest of stud safeies and always gave his all.

Tommy Hodson....
on the road in Athens, bit his tongue, got stitched up at halftime, came back out to lead
LSU to victory....nough said

Billy Cannon. No one even close. Play both sides of the ball & was great at both. Also was a HT winner, the only LSU ever had.

jacob hester - the 2007 florida game was an epic game and he gave a performance for the ages. he did everything that was asked of him and he won.

I was only 11 when we beat UF in '97 but that game pretty much cemented K-Faulk as my favorite player of all time. Than the following week with him on the cover of SI with the headline "see ya later gator." that was stylin

did the game cement him, or the cover? because that was a pretty nondescript game by Faulk standards.
it was more Herb's career highlight. and Tommy Banks' coming out.

Mine is Kevin Faulk.
so's mine. you could tell from the A&M game that he was gonna be special. and before there was the Houston game, there was the Indy Bowl. the 5 TDs vs. UK. the shutout at Bama. the KO return at ND. 4 straight 1000 yd seasons. that's called living up to the hype. don't take my word for it though...
Faulk... Faulk... Faulk... Touchdown!
Indy long run
Houston - oh that Kevin Faulk
Bama - move bitch
Bama - stiffarm again
Notre Dame Stadium - oh myyy

Too hard to pick just one.
I have a good feeling that if Cecil Collins wasnt a frick up off the field, he'd be winning this poll pretty easily. He had the most talent at his position.

Kevin Faulk. He was the best player to wear an LSU uniform over the past twenty years and the most important to the program

Either Ryan O'Neal or Jacob Hester. O'Neal was a stud on special teams, would always do something crazy, and was fun to watch. I remember one time he went up to the bama kicker, put his finger on the guys head like a gun and pulled the trigger.
