Wild that we go from 8 RB's to 3.

And there were some good RB's in the portal.

INNOCENT. UNTIL. PROVEN. GUILTY.

PERIOD.

Not letting him play while the process plays out would be an affront to the system of justice envisioned by the founders.

Monique Clement is Chase Clement, former tiger, stepmother ironically. She has been pretty good so far as a judge.
Recusing herself is also a sign of being a good judge

Its impressive to look this foolish

The founding fathers envisioned him not being imprisoned and none of his rights being taken away until trial

And that’s exactly what is happening currently.

No way you let him back on the team, especially with the charges he's facing. He may be innocent, but it's too risky to take that chance.

frick you. People like you are why some woman was able to ruin the Punt God’s life with complete lies. I’m sick and tired of innocent people having their lives ruined due to “optics” in this country. If BK knows a little bit about what he was doing that night, which I’m sure he does, and decides he doesn’t want him around the team I am fine with that but to kick him off purely because of allegations without knowing any facts about what happened is absolute horseshite.

That's the guy who had to quit football due to a medical issue?

I thought he was from Thibodeaux. Did they move?

You think the kid should lose a year of playing when he hasn’t been convicted of a thing? GTFO

I never once opined on that.

I simply called you foolish for thinking innocent until proven guilty or the founding fathers had anything to do with playing football

Do you think Ruggs should have continued to play football before being convicted? Do you think Aaron Hernandez should have kept playing before being convicted?

Here is the thing, by law they are legally allowed to keep playing. Holly is legally allowed to play for lsu right now. That is all the law and founding fathers cared about. If the organizations they play for choose to cut ties that isn’t what the law is for

No the former judge, who i believe is likely Bruce Hampton, recused himself because his son in law is one of the union parish sheriffs deputies who was involved in the arrests/investigation…

How much evidence could there be?

This has been a cornerstone of our judicial system since it's inception. Shame that people like you want it to fade away. Hope you're never accused of something you didn't do, yet still are treated as if you were already convicted.

Trey holly is 100% a free man. LSU is free to play him if they choose. The system is absolutely working

So you are of the opinion the patriots and raiders fricked up for not playing Ruggs and Hernandez correct?

If you think lsu should play Holly and they don’t that’s Lsu fricking up in your opinion, not the legal system and not innocent until proven guilty.

Innocent until proven guilty is 100% operating how it should for Holly right now

ETA: Hernandez wasn’t even allowed bail. He stayed in prison without being convicted of anything. That must really chap your arse

When is the last time that you have ever heard of a white player at LSU football getting in trouble for stuff like this, grades, SA, whatever it maybe for off the field issues? I genuinely don't think I can remember 1 single instance. Ever. Yet we have 3 or 4 guys a year that happens to every time. Every year. Regardless what year, every single year.
