is just twilight zone stuff - I'm assuming that all member institutions would vote and if that's the way the system is set up then it is what it is
But, the idea that Texas and Oklahoma - brand new members have the power to participate in kicking a charter member of the SEC out of the conference is just mind boggling to me.

I don't think it will happen but the fact that its possible

It should only be the founding members voting on something like this.

Guys is not the SEC like you remember it, they let the poison in with those last 4 teams, getting out would be best.

Or at least a probationary period before they get full voting rights.

Not on something like this. A&M and mizzou shouldn't even have a say.

Why? They were unanimously voted in by the all SEC schools

I agree, the conference is too big, too diverse and TOO CORRUPT!

Texas is the poison pill. They were responsible for the breakup of the old Southwest conference. They were also the reason for Nebraska, Missouri and aTm leaving the big 12. Now they're becoming the cancer of the SEC. Too much money and wanting ultimate power. Bama and Florida are feeling their control of things lessen and are making unholy alliances that will come back to bite them. Auburn, Georgia, aTm, Tennessee, and LSU are next level and will be the first to leave depending on the BS, All are big enough to land somewhere else and not have to bend the knee.
