LSU plays mentions wire taps, Will Wade, smart, bias announcers

KANSAS plays no mention of the Zion wire tap, their investigation or anything negative concerning their program

LSU isn’t being investigated but still receives the most scrutiny....just sad

Well when your own administration blows it up, what do you expect?

All because we suspended Wade rather than letting it quickly fall out the news cycle imo

They are doing what is best for the NCAA. LSU is a sacrificial lamb. We are supposed to believe Zion went to Duke for free when he had a monetary offer from Kansas. Hell, we aren't even supposed to talk about it since him rotating his shoes is bigger news

If WW isn’t caught talking about anything of this on federal wire tap tapes then nothing would had been mentioned in the first place.

Although this is true the OP is making a statement that is also true.

Kansas has been neck deep in this shite along with Self. Crickets.

Zion should not even be eligible, crickets.

LSU Coach is caught in a wiretap...

Crucify them.

Agreed, when every school in America is looking at you and saying to themselves, "guys that's the example of what not to do in this situation".

There is hypocrisy but it is basketball season. Who do you think ESPN wants to protect ? Duke or LSU ? Kansas or LSU ? North Carolina or LSU ?

ESPN has money invested in top basketball games that garner the highest ratings. They can’t have Duke, Kansas, Kentucky, and North Carolina out of primetime viewship. That’s their bloodline. They are going to suck coach K off. Roy Williams would have to rape someone on live television for ESPN to criticize North Carolina. You don’t bite the hands that feed you man.

In Turn, I believe Alabama and Clemson would get protected during college football season. They would dog Tulsa or Louisville before coming down on LSU or Bama. Follow the money every time dog.

Agreed.
Money is involved in every side of this CBB/CFB disaster.
It’s easy to feel like we, the fans (and I don’t mean just LSU), are the biggest losers.

I can buy this.
LSU and Bama put bodies that produce in the NFL and also viewership during college football season between the two us enormous.

They arent touching either and Clemson too.

If The NCAA chooses to make LSU the example while doing nothing with the 19 other programs implicated, Its going to be shite show Coup of epic proportions. It will be the classic case of the NCAA abusing its authority to protect the Blueblood power brand schools.

It never works as a deterrent. Its underlying agenda is to make something an scapegoat while brushing the real corruption under the rug to protect the powerful. That shite never works. I say if LSU gets singled out, go to war.

Most people have already forgotten Kansas is all up in the FBI wiretap fiasco.

But because LSU has suspended its coach, it is an ongoing story worth mentioning every time LSU plays. It will stay in the news cycle as long as LSU’s season is still alive.

Incredibly stupid by LSU admins from a PR standpoint.

Yep.

My thought is that screw you NCAA, it took the MF'g FBI with MF'g mob style wiretaps to catch us. Whatcha got?

Kinda hard to be mad at Wade for getting caught by the MF'g FBI. There's got to be a tattoo or something for that right?
