If you think that hurt LSU more than Les Miles quitting on the team Monday night, I suggest you watch a replay of the game.

agreed x 1,000,000,000

People are overvaluing Bobby Hebert's opinion on this board. The fact is in 2 weeks, no one other than LSU fans will remember what Hebert is saying. HOWEVER, years from now the nation will remember Miles shitting the bed Monday night.

bottom line miles should've played Lee.

the reason why people or so made is because Miles never tried to make adjustments.
look at the second half of the game an the offense was the same as the first half. maybe worst...

also Im glade Herbert said what he said, Me an about 90% of LSU FANS where wondering the same-thing.

If Miles would have made some kind of realistic statement about the game, what went wrong and taken the blame since he is the HBC, nothing that Bobby said would have mattered today.

He might be right but I also think this is hurting LSU why keep on putting us down we all know what he is saying. There isn't a reason to think anything will change though.

He probably would like to hurt our recruiting and may very well do that with his talk since his boy is no longer on the team.

WHAT?!?!?!? He coached the fricking East Gwinnett County rich kids 10 year old squad with T-Bob and Cameron Heyward. Dude has mad coaching skins on the wall.

I take it you are joking, but I don't think there are very many coaches of ten year old football who would screw up the Tennessee game last year like Miles did if they had 100 tries.

Because Saban enjoys a challenge. Unlike Miles who is to scared to go anywhere else.

No Saban enjoys a nice pay check... Miles could have took the job at MICH but stayed at a school he liked even though he played at MICH. Why would you want a coach that wins as much as miles to leave... oh so we can end up like miss st, ole miss, fl. Bitching about how we should be better than this and complaining about a new coach. People who dont support Les now wont support another coach as soon as he does something they personally dont like. Les WINS plain and SIMPLE

Do you guys really think he would spouting all this if if weren't somewhat relevant and true?

If he had not underachieved with the Saints I would listen to what he had to say. He's never coached and never played D-1 football.

And what about this:

Hebert, on a working news media credential, wasn't kicked out, but he might not be let back. He may be in danger of not being credentialed as a journalist in future Sugar Bowls or BCS title games in New Orleans. Sugar Bowl spokesman John Sudsbury said Tuesday he apologized to LSU associate athletics director Michael Bonnette for Hebert's behavior.

"It was very disrespectful. I told Michael I was real sorry it happened," Sudsbury said. "We don't want to credential people who go into a press conference and act like a fan. Multiple people told me it was not professional. It was disappointing. We don't want the coaches who come to these games to be treated like that."

Bonnette said he appreciated Sudsbury's comments.

"I was very disappointed because I felt like it was a personal attack on Coach Miles," Bonnette said. "The part of Bobby that is a fan and a parent came out more than the part of him that is a reporter. Using the word 'ridiculous,' I thought was not professional. He was emotional and really mad. But I thought Coach Miles handled it in a classy manner."

Also, in the USFL he completed only 54.9% of his passes. Not the QB experience I would be looking to if your only argument is why did LSU not push the ball downfield.

Apparently he's never listened to WWL. Everything is either "ridiculous" or "crucial"

the validity of his points is not based of why he may/may not be asking them.

Miles performance on Monday night did far more damage than any 5 radio hosts combined.

Yes he did. D-1AA, but still "D-1"

I don't think NSU is or was D-I.
But USFL and NFL? Absolutely. USFL championship, and Saints to the playoffs.
Those are skins.

Now that, good sir, is high comedy.

Could you see Mile$ trying to match wits with Belichick? LOL Belichick plays chess. Mile$ is still trying to understand the rules of checkers.

I'm sorry Northwestern State was a D-1A school? I'm just saying, defense led by 4 Pro Bowl linebackers, Hilliard, and Mcafee got them there. Bobby just made sure we lost when we got there.

But, he wouldn't have a mean old, ex-player/commentator calling him out. He could have meltdowns, like Denny Green, Herm Edwards, and Jim Mora and be a hero, getting Coors Light sponsorship deals.
