Are you? You do know that rape is against the law, right? It needs to be handled by the police and the justice system. Not the university or the media.

Face it fellas. There is truth to the Guice Stuff. My Oldest Daughter was a Sorority Sister to a Girl that said she was abused by him. She caught 7 kinds of hell after reporting what had happened!

I’m not sure folks who keep linking this garbage to the rant fully understand what is happening. Presently, a giant media conglomerate has set its sites on LSU. Right, wrong or indifferent they have but two motives.

Create clicks while creating another Baylor type situation.

Make no mistake, their intent is to see O fired along with others and they won’t stop until they’ve generated as many clicks as they deem acceptable.

They intend on bringing down LSU football, to see it burned to the ground.

USA Today and ESPN hate LSU! I have never read any of the articles but let me guess, women reporters writing the articles and trying to keep this on the front page?

And make no mistake here, what Guice did is 100% wrong.

What does Guice’s race have anything to do with the situation?

So again before national signing day someone feels that the same recycled news should printed. Yes the original USA Today story was in August. The Guice LSU Rape story is at least two years old. So someone in the media is very anti LSU and Orgeron... The national media went after WW as well. These are hit pieces

I love this mentality from homers. Getting mad when the media reports on rape and cheating allegations...maybe don’t commit the indiscretion in the first place.

Any other school other than your own and it’s “good for them mentality”

They updated it with a couple minor changes and then re-released it.

what the hell is their agenda against LSU? They updated that story with tiny details just to get an excuse to repost it as new

We all know Guice was a POS but if the victims didn't report to police or school admin then how is it on LSU? It seems the whole goal is just to take down O.

Nope! Follow the money.
Some ambulance chasing lawyer is wanting to get paid bigly.
Guice had reputation. It seems it was widely known. Why would any "Innocent" ask a friend to introduce her to him?
Then according to some, wouldn't file a police report. report it to the police.

I read the letter the victim wrote after she fell into drugs...blaming Guice of course.
In the letter, she accuses him of 'not using protection'. So, if I am Guice's lawyer, I would have to ask her on the stand, 'if you were so passed out, how did you know whether he used protection or not'. How do we know you didn't give him the OK to proceed once he entered your bedroom or that you didn't invite him in? Your word against his, is all you have. You were drunk, and had almost zero recollection of the incident, until you starting having flashbacks on what happened. You were admittedly drunk, so what you remember is from a drunken state. Sorry young lady, I don't believe you, they didn't believe you at the time, and Guice is probably very pissed off at you for lying about agreeing to have sex with him. Why isn't Guice's story just as believable or more so, than hers. Not guilty based on what as has been presented. Let Guice play again, until Proven guilty.

I didn't say he didn't do it. I said the way they ignored it for so long and then bring up information that they didn't say at the time.
You don't know what happened in that bedroom and neither do I.
Apparently what happened was somewhere between what Guice said and she said.
I support proving facts, not what some drunk girl was apparently coaxed into remembering.
The guys always get the shaft in these situations. People get drunk and do stupid things.....and the girl is never responsible....it is always the guy forced his way on the girl. Sorry I don't believe it every time it happens.

And what was LSU supposed to do with this? A court of law would not be able to convict Guice on that evidence. Was LSU supposed to kick him out of school just because he was accused?
From what I remember, Guice was gone before the tennis girl case was brought to LSU. The other one was brought to the swim coach by a friend of the victim. The swim coach contacted LSU admin and they tried to contact the victim but she refused to cooperate.

Can you kick out a football player simply on hearsay of a hazy recollection?

Be sure to take your wife or daughter to the police in accordance with the law when they get a train run on them.
