No - you shouldn't. I think they way you support your team is much more exhilarating. To switch now would be a tall order.

What a tool. So being honest is not supporting your team? This is a message board. We have no control over what happens . You do understand that, right? Get a grip.

shite I'm excited too, and I'm feeling optimistic. I see no reason to be pessimistic on the brink of a fresh, new season. What if this crew really pulls this thing off?! Hellfire crazier things have happened.

The first post is your arrogant response to OP. The second post is you apparently confused of what it means to be a fan. If you want to promote negativity then don't be surprised when people shove it right back in your face.

You apparently confuse optimism with realism. I’d love for LSU to exceed realistic expectations. But don’t call me out as a real fan because I don’t have my head in the sand. Wake the frick up

Fix your grammar, it reads as if you are talking to Ed Orgeron.

.. However, I don't see how you could be talking about Ed Orgeron.

So what exactly does he have his head in the sand about?

A fan who is not an optimist is not a realist, he's just a pessimist.

I’m an optimist and a realist and realistically there a lot to be skeptical about.

Give an explanation for your realism. Explain to me how you think LSU will suck this year based on FACTS, not your FEELINGS.

I'm waiting to hear it. If you bring up schedule, explain to me why LSU should be expected to lose to each team on that "schedule."

Facts do not care about your feelings.

Top Ten defensive talent in nation, best defensive coach chemistry in a minute, incredible recruiting class next fall, dark horse Quarterback transfer...

Pick on of those and then we can argue about it next.

We had top ten talent last year. Same defensive coach last year. We had a 4 star QB transfer last year with more experience and a OC that was a super hot name and was in the running for the Broyles Award.

When did I say LSU will suck?

Realistically they will have a hard time this year with this schedule. And no I’m not going over each game. If you are a real fan you get that. Gfy

I wouldn't consider it top ten but then what does that make it now when you bring back two all-american from that defense. Also, Canada seems to be doing just fine as an offensive mind but I brought up chemistry for a reason.. This year much of the defense is talking about the development of Aranda's schemes and last year Canada simply brought no chemistry to the table.
