I didn't even mention LSU in my post, I just said it's a basic drill that is done by teams on all levels. Go frick yourself.

State may have been a lot of things last year but they were for sure physical. I think the final rushing totals in that game was 150-30.

You made a stupid comment about State not being physical, I simply corrected you.

You were also the one to bring them up in this thread, a thread about a drill at LSU.

You made the stupid decision of being a State fan, I simply made fun of you.

It's easy to spot who did and didn't play organized football by looking at all those on here who are in 'awe' of these basic drills.

Never said I was, I was actually pretty terrible. I just pointed out that this is a very basic drill done to pump teams up.

it seems like you are just trying to be "that guy" and act like its not that big of a deal to you just because everyone does it and its a "basic" drill.

its a drill to get folks pumped, you said it yourself. yet when it gets folks pumped, you downplay it....

It's to get the team pumped for practice, not message board posters.

you honestly think that after not seeing your favorite team play for 8 months, this wont get people pumped up?

why would it get the players pumped up and not the fans as well? seems like those two kinda go hand in hand if you ask me

to get the team pumped up which in turns gets the fans pumped up.

i dont think they are astounded by the drill itself, its more of seeing the Tigers get back into pads and hit somebody that gets the fans going.

It is a cool drill but do those players look like they are in high school compared to our guys or what?

People, like myself and the poster you are going after, "downplay" the drill because there are many on here that think this elementary drill will all of the sudden cure all of the wrongs over the last two seasons. It won't. The press this drill gets is just plain stupid and as the poster above pointed out, best used for pointing out those that never played organized football on message boards.
