Unless Pussy Joe steps away on his own, why would he be replaced when all he's done is what they wanted him to? They clearly don't care if he's popular or not.

Very quiet today.
Could it mean they are still meeting?

The team left already. If he was on that plane we would know.
Unfortunately, I think it's too late now.
Frick this administration, what a disaster

You don’t think LSU could get him there at any time they wanted with 2 hours notice?

you don't think someone can put together a better argument for the LSU side based on what both parties signed at the time of his employment, and based on what has transpired thus far
if they went to court over that issue, of course LSU would and could frame an argument like that, but that doesn't mean the issue is black and white, which is what I responding to. You stated that he was 100% in breach of his contract and that the breach and provision was black and white. If you are now admitting it is argumentative then it probably isn't so black and white (because it's not). Stating that LSU may have a legal argument to make doesn't mean it's a cut and dry provision and Wade's actions have, without question, been in breach of that contract. However, from what facts we actually know, I do not see anything to confirm Wade's actions have been unreasonable or that those actions would rise to the level of being a material breach of his contract. If this were an active investigation with the NCAA and there was no pending federal subpoena and he still refused to cooperate with the investigation (which is also a violation of NCAA bylaws), then sure I think it would be a material breach. But that's not what's going on right now.
If LSU had proof violations occurred and Wade failed to report or disclose those violations, then that as well would constitute a breach of the other provision posted. But we don't know right now, definitely, if a violation has occurred for him to have been required to report.
Additionally, if he didn't have a federal subpoena and his bosses wanted to discuss these issues with him that couldn't potentially have any adverse effects outside his status as an employee, then sure I think it would be unreasonable for him not to speak with his bosses. However, again, that isn't the current situation.
So when you take the reasonableness of his actions coupled with whether those actions are a material breach of his contract, I don't think it's even close to being a black and white breach of his contract. That article written by Guilbeau is just him trying to create another story about Wade to generate an audience. Glen Guilbeau isn't any type of legal authority, so I couldn't care less what his interpretation is on the matter.

They could. but if they really wanted him there they would have already worked this out.
