I see turtle head is back to his old ways of refuting one part of a story and saying the whole thing is completely false. The "done deal" piece of the story is not the most important and no one said this was a traditional PE situation.

Doesn't matter when you get to your future deal or second deal it will be more lucrative. Others may copycat but as you saw with LSU NIL, unless you had it in the works for awhile it takes you some time to adjust to it. Took LSU years to adjust to NIL despite knowing everything about it and seeing how others tackled it. Unless someone is already in the works with something similar to LSU, probably not as easy to do as you think.
