I highly doubt any supervisor will go heavy handed on any of them for passing on that.

If you buck your supervisor by not calling stuff that is in the book, but that you don't like, your arse is gone. That's the way it is.

Are you really going to try to tell me that the SEC fires refs for missing calls?

I think this guy is a fraud.

Then why even bring that bullshite up? YOU are the one that posited the "looking down" concept. I like how you crawfish away from your own arguments with such quickness and resolve.

Have the dozens of officials who let things as ba or worse than Locker or Wing's acts go without flagging been fired?

This may come as a shock to you, but missing something and legislating with your flag are slightly different animals.

It doesn't matter what you think. Was the replay official who missed the PP interception fired? I can show you 30 missed calls in any game, yet no one is fired.

I think he is a low-budget high school ref who tries to make himself seem important by playing the All-Knowing Professor of Football Officiating.

How is it bullshite? I'm sorry that you don't understand that everyone has different responsibiities, but that's the way it is. I'm not crawfishing shite.

And regardless of how many flags were on the ground, he did taunt. I'm not sure why this is even a discussion. he said it was a taunt, Les said it was a taunt the SEC said it was a taunt - but you know better than them all. Well done.

I'm confident that I know far more about football officiating and the rules of the game than your dumb arse does. It has nothing to do with importance, but everything to do with correcting idiots like you who pontificate without knowing dick about the game.

It seems like in this clip of Les people keep bringing up, it almost looks as if he's saying:

"(do i) want to talk? You bet your arse! Hey, hey, hey, GOOD CALL [sarcasm]"

I don't want to start another thread, so I'll ask. I still maintain that, because of the brief moment Wing extended his arms and then immediately brought them down, the official had discretion. But let's say the official was entirely correct with the call. Does anyone here really think that Wing's (or any player's)actions should result in a removal of points from the board? Honest to God, do some of you really think that was the sort of taunting the NCAA is trying to eliminate?

I guarantee you this rule will be re-visited in the offseason.
