he dosnt get alot of credit for being a good bball player... prob shoulda added that to category..... ofcourse Geert wasnt exactly consistent, he had moments where he was very good, and was shut down but elite centers a few times.

when you're drafted in the first round, you get plenty of credit.

One of my favorites was Lionel "Tree" Green. I was sitting behind the opposing teams bench one game. We were beating them by about 30 points.

After one possession Tree was walking back to the other side and passed right in front of the opposing teams bench. They were talking smack to him. He stopped right in front of their bench, pointed up to the scoreboard, and said "Look at the score you idiots".

The anti-unsung player, Lester Earl, who sang like a canary to the NCAA.

Jermaine Williams - Played on some pretty bad teams. Didn't score much, a hell of a defender and did not miss FT's.

Name another game where Lazare was worth having. What about Maurice Carter. That guy could light it up, and he was on some terrible teams.

I think of unsung as not getting enough credit. Lazare got too much credit for one good game IMHO. I hated to see that guy come in the game for us.
