The only pic you can see without being her friend is the pic of her with a horse. She in to horses.

Wrong. I can see all of her pics, maybe you have to have mutual friends.

So this gives Jefferson the right to kick a guy in the head?

if he was around when andrew supposedly hit his ex's friend, he at least has the cause to use force. i'd argue that even if the fight came later, it gives him reason to fear for his own safety.

The Jordan Jefferson Humanitarian Award.

An annual award given out by LSU to the player who shows bravery and courage in difficult situations. Putting other's safety before his own. Awarded for heroic actions.

A great man.

Kick a guy in the head while he's on the ground, thats beyond using force

That's battery

if he's defenseless, it's battery. i already said that, in this thread, though. it's looking more and more like the charges will be reduced.

This poor girl just involved herself to help out JJ. I can't imagine what's going to happen when she gets a call from the DA and asks her, "So you're this girl here in the white dress kicking your ex-bf too?"

Haha - damn!

I thought somewhere along the way you said or implied that you are with law enforcement.

Now I know that is BS, otherwise you wouldn't use the terms assault and battery inter-changably. Assault is attempted battery. If someone committs battery, then, they cannot have committed assault because they didn't attempt to beat someone - they succeeded in doing it.

Where the f$ck do you get your information from? You can have both assault and battery and police charge it that way often. I'm gonna kick your arse (assault), then I do (battery). Or fist raised (assault), fist makes contact (battery). Assault is NOT an attempted battery. It's the placing of one in apprehension of a battery. Read a book.

What guy is that? The kind of guy that realizes that this girl was most likely instructed to get a restraining order by LSU defense attorney?

Im not defending Lowery at all, i think he is a piece of shite, but Jesus Christ -- it doesn't change the fact that JJ kicked the dude in the face -- when he was already on the ground incapacitated.

This was a character assassination -- which Lowery definitely freaking deserves, but some people on here just don't have the intellectual capacity to understand that THE FREAKING KICK YOU SAW ON THE VIDEO IS THE SUBJECT OF THIS INVESTIGATION, NOT WHO IS THE DOUCHE AND WHO ISN'T.

Fisher said his guys weren't involved at all... which is a lie too. Works both ways... such a small group of people on this board that can't simply understand ethics.

At what point is a guy on the ground being pummeled not defenseless?

People who think this makes JJ's kick justified are crazy
