Got the 6th seed but I feel Iowa State would be favored!

Don’t think it matters…if they play, it will be all dribbling one on one offense…some playing for themselves to showcase for their next step

According to kenpom we are about 5 points better. Seems about right to me. With that said, i know shite about iowa st. Hopefully they are a defensive team

This is honestly winnable game.

Wisconsin r2 would be a good matchup for LSU, think the draw is pretty good

Except they get to play Wisconsin in Milwaukee in the second round. Another screw job by the NCAA.

It’s pretty common for high seeds to play the first 2 somewhat close to home. Auburn plays in South Carolina.

Iowa State is a major defensive team. Will bode well for us. I also am not very high on Iowa State. The one thing that hurts is playing Wisky in Milwaukee in a possible second round matchup. Our athleticism does match up very good against Wisky though. Wisky will have 75-80% of fans at that game.

Iowa St. is the only school to have a bigger drop off in the second half of the season than LSU.

This is the best draw imaginable. LSU would be underdogs against any of the other 3 seeds. Will be a pick em vs Wisconsin

The site draw was terrible for LSU. Both Iowa State and Wisconsin will feel more like road games than neutral site games.
Saw a graphic on CBS show that Wisky was rated as overall #9, which makes it the highest rated 3 seed in the tournament.
