I think with .5 left they actually got a shot off! Skylar was close but not behind the arc but it was close enough to show ww even at the end had a play drawn up.

No, LSU ran set offenses, and when it was time to make a play for a shot, LSU would turn it over. Like three times in a row. Young teams do that. All the time.
Coach did not give away the momentum. But if a different strategy needs to be used, then we have a great Coach to decide what this team does.

No they didn't. Down the stretch they sat at midcourt for 3 straight possessions until 8 seconds on the clock and let Waters iso.
It was flat out maddening. I love Wade but he's not infallible. He got the last 3 minutes wrong.
It's one thing to milk the clock but he went into a complete deep freeze in a game that was only 2-3 possessions and it cost us.

He certainly does not, but neither does Coach O catch passes or make blocks and it hasn't stopped people from blaming him for ONLY being 9-2.
And to be fair, there was more than a missed free throw today to be critical about. We turned the ball over more than we should and we allowed FSU offensive rebounds. Lots of Offensive rebounds (what was it....20?). There is no reason for something as fundamental as rebounding to be that out of whack.

That’s what you should do. Run the clock down and shoot with under 5 sec on shot clock. Too many turnovers to begin with.
