We lost because Mullen is great at finding a weakness and attack it. If the coaches dont adjust he just keeps attacking. We never adjusted for Battle and they abused him all day. If he makes half of those plays we win.

Yeah, but UGA had that same type of game against us. Both teams were humbled, but only one figured out how to improve. Of course Ensminger didn't learn his lesson and UGA figured out theres. Both Holyfield AND Swift have become huge for that offense, which works when they are both given enough carries to work with. Their run defense has definitely improved after that game.
LSU managed by kicking 4 FGs vs Miss St and doing nothing vs Bama, while UGA destroyed UF and Kentucky's defense by running all over them.

In both games the oline got slammed. Working thw whole season with injured make shift line I'm actually surprised that other teams didn't work them over as well.

Didn’t run the ball enough. Awful play calling in that game. Even without the drive with the two big run plays, LSU averaged 5+yards per rush in that game. When it’s 90F outside and you’re running that well, why pass the ball?
