Adversity. We all have it. How do we respond.
Coach Saban was 6-6 his first year at Alabama. That first year he lost to Northeast Louisiana. The rest is history. From there he developed his PROCESS method of developing his team. From there he taught his players to view the games of playing one 5 second play at a time and to do everything to prepare for their best for those 5 seconds.
When questioned about outcomes by the media he responded do you want a team that is concerned just about the wins or instead developing players to do the things that result in wins. The process will take care of the wins.
That is where we are with Coach Kiffin. Notice I said coach Kiffin and not Lane as some in the media refer to him. That is because I respect the title he has earned. He is not just a coach but he is our coach. At least he is for me.
I think we are so fortunate to have him at a time he has gone through the challenges in life that break some men. The way he reponds to adversity is typical of the Saban process.students. WE can learn from him. We can enjoy him as he works the puzzle with us. For those of us on DROPPINGS how do we respond to the adversities in our lives. How would we look on national TV when the camera zooms in on us. Turn for a second to how the Bama coach looked on TV at the end of the game after some adversity. He went Ballistic and lit up a player caught on camera with intensity lighting up the player who made the bad play yelling YOU cost us the game. In my opinion he is miserable and about to crack. I truly feel sorry for him. I have not seen that type of throwing players or anyone else under the bus by Coach Kiffin.
So, what can we who as frequenters of Dropppings. - We can support our coach in the way we do best in Louisiana at a time like this in His adversity. Our kindness can mean the most not only for him but his family. We can treat Coach Kiffin with respect and not try to push him off the ledge in any media forum. We can treat him like he IS our guy, because he is. And we might consider treating others in our lives that way too. We never know what people are dealing with and how much encouragement can matter.
God's blessing to all of us.

OP definitely sits in the corner and watches his wife get fricked. Not sure I've ever seen a more cucked mindset in my life.
And stop with the Saban comparisons. It's embarrassing.

Kiff won 10 regular season games his first Nil portal year at OM.. that’s the minimum bar for this team.
