Thank you for your one year. I’ll be looking for you on a car lot or on the SEC network.

No. Rumor he's going to have to have surgery, which will end his season most likely

It's been said that players read this board. It's been a pleasure watching this kid play. Hate to hear that he may be having surgery. Good luck in the future if that's the case. I know a lot of LSU fans feel the same way. Don't pay attention to the idiots that say anything else.

I'll second everything said above.

Thank you Stingley, Jr. for representing LSU and being a big part of bringing a championship back to Louisiana. As far as I'm concerned, you are a Tiger for Life and I will always pull for you to have the greatest of success (well, if you play against the Saints, I'll have to wish for you to have an "off" day ).

Hate that for him. He played so well vs CMU, like he had his spark back.

And Chase would be a bust too, right?

And just to let you know, the term bust in the NFL doesn't apply to players whose careers get derailed because of injuries. The term applies to players who don't fulfill their expectations on the field of play through self made issues & not because they get hurt. People throw around that term nowadays & don't have a clue as to what it really means.

Good post Luni.

I'm sure those are the sentiments of a very large majority of LSU fans

I agree that you can't control an injury - when it happens or what needs to be done after for rehab - surgery or whatever. The reason people are a little skeptical is because of Stingley Sr. threatening (on Jordy's show) for Stingley Jr to opt out. This occurred after the UCLA game a few weeks ago. He said we better watch out. Well, here it is.

Let me say, as a victim of a Lis Frank foot fracture, it’s the most painful injury and long recovery time with hardware in your foot and minimum surgeries. It used to be a career ending injury before a doctor in France developed this surgical procedure named after him. I missed work for 5 months, no weight bearing whatsoever for duration of healing. My healing time 5 months. Rode the knee cycle everywhere, because falling on crutches or weight bearing could undo surgical repair. He is going through a very tough recovery. But he will recover with good care and Physical Therapy. I hope to watch him again at LSU next year wishing Stingley a quick recovery.

And at least 650,000 of the 705k would be dead anyway

Man who died in motorcycle crash counted as COVID-19 death in Florida: Report

According to the report, Orange County Health Officer Dr. Raul Pino was asked whether two coronavirus victims in their 20s had any underlying medical conditions that could have potentially made them more susceptible to the virus.

Pino's answer was that one of the two people who was listed as a COVID death actually died in a motorcycle crash. Despite health officials knowing the man died in a motorcycle crash, it is unclear whether or not his death was removed from the overall count in the state.

Dr. Pino tells FOX 35 that one "could actually argue that it could have been the COVID-19 that caused him to crash."

The Florida Department of Health has not responded to a request for comment on how it will ensure labs report accurate data.

This was weeks after he was injured. He had already missed the entire camp. He only started practicing the week leading up to the UCLA game. I think I'd be pissed if my son was putting off surgery to play and then got totally shite on for one missed tackle.

NFL players miss entire seasons with it. It’s not that uncommon to see. Our backups are good enough to be better than him playing injured. He didn’t let the team down, and he didn’t let the fans down. I wish him all the luck in the nfl.
